When delivering your work-critical handpiece or micromotor for servicing to us, you get to experience an assuring touch of care and trust. Every dental equipment is received through the following steps:
1. The client has to fill in a Service Form detailing the complaint, the brand name, serial number, date of sending etc. and attach it along with equipment for repair in a secure, sturdy box.
2. On receiving equipment, we shall photograph/ videograph the equipment, check it thoroughly for external damages if any, and inform customer of the status of the equipment.
3. Our expert technicians shall do all the necessary repair; make replacements of bearings or cartridges if needed; and test the equipment for efficiency before sending it back to you.
4. When the equipment has been delivered back to your clinic, our personnel shall call you and brief you on the repair done and take feedback on its present functioning. We shall also give tips on how to use the equipment avoiding similar troubles in future.
When your tools are in perfect condition, you can provide a reassuring feel
and an effective treatment to patients. Whereas, when the tools are not
properly taken care of, they can lead to injury, infection, discomfort in
patients or even contribute to dental phobia or an aversion to dental
