External Cleaning
Removing the drill from the handpiece. Immerse the head of the handpiece into distilled water and rotate it in both forward and reverse directions for 15 minutes each to expel blood and other debris effectively.
Lubricating both the bur Hole& Air Hole
insert a small nozzle into the bur hole and a larger nozzle with an O-ring into the air hole to apply lubricant with pressure, ensuring thorough cleaning. Continue the lubrication process until the expelled oil appears clear, indicating that the handpiece is clean.
Dry & Sterilization
Finally, thoroughly wipe and dry the handpiece before proceeding with the sterilization process.
